Open Access

As part of our participation in the ConnectMT ARPA  program, TCT is proud to build next-generation fiber infrastructure with open access availability on designated trunk segments.

 

We offer physical interconnection and wholesale transport services at a reasonable and nondiscriminatory basis, enabling other providers, community partners, and public agencies to connect and deliver broadband services over our network. This approach fosters competition, lowers barriers to entry, and promotes diverse service options within designated areas as part of the Connect MT ARPA program.

 

Our design ensures that this open access commitment is technically feasible, transparent in its terms, and aligned with the state’s mission to close the digital divide, enhance economic opportunity, and deliver robust 100 × 100 Mbps symmetrical broadband for all service locations.
