To conveniently settle your bill online, visit tct.net and navigate to the top bar where you’ll find the ‘Pay Online’ tab. Click on it and proceed to log into your bill pay account. If you’re uncertain whether you’re signed up, feel free to reach out to our office at 800.354.2911, where a Customer Service Representative will assist you in setting up your account. Additionally, you can download our mobile app, TCT eBill, for easy bill payment on the go. Alternatively, you can visit our office in person to make a payment or mail a check to PO Box 310, Basin WY 82410.

In the online portal or through the TCT eBill App, you can conveniently access your previous invoices. Simply log in and navigate to the tab labeled ‘Invoices’ on the left-hand side. There, you will find all your past invoices neatly organized for easy reference.

To access your online account, simply visit tct.net and locate the ‘Pay Online’ tab in the top bar. If you’ve already set up an account, you can log in directly. Unsure if you have an account? No worries. Click on ‘Register Here’ and provide your invoice number and the amount due on your bill. If you don’t have your bill handy, feel free to give our office a call at 800.354.2911, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will guide you through the setup process

Yes! TCT eBill – you can download the app in the app store by typing in ‘ TCT eBill’ you will see a light blue app with the TCT logo. Once downloaded you can log in with your eBill login. If you need assistance logging in, call our office at 1.800.354.2911

watchTVeverywhere is included for no additional charge with your TCT NOW subscription. It allows you to access to your favorite TV shows, movies, and other content from anywhere.Once registered you can download apps from various networks to your smartphone, tablet, computer, or streaming device. To register and see what networks are available with your TV package visit: WTVE.net

To set up your watchTVeverywhere account all you need to do is go to WTVE.net and click on the dropdown and find ‘TCT’. On the next screen click on ‘Register’. You will need your TCT account number which can be found under the ‘Remittance Information’ or the ‘Account Summary’ on your TCT bill.

To record a live show, simply choose the desired show using your remote and press the middle button. This will bring up a menu in the center of your screen, where you’ll find a ‘Record’ button. Select it, and your show will begin recording. For recording a series, navigate to the main tct NOW screen and use the search bar to find the program you wish to record. Once selected, a menu will appear with the option to ‘Record’. After selecting this, another menu will appear, offering various recording options for the series.

To delete and manage your recordings, simply navigate to the main tct NOW screen. On the left-hand side, you’ll find a ‘Recordings’ menu option. There, you can view all your currently recorded programs, as well as any scheduled recordings. To make changes, select the ‘Manage Recording’ option.

Mbps, or Megabits per second, is a measure of how quickly data can be transferred from one place to another. It’s the speed at which information travels between your devices and the internet. Imagine it as the speed of a car on a highway. The higher the Mbps, the faster your data can move, allowing you to download or upload files, stream videos, or browse the web more quickly.

We apply a $49 connect fee for all new services, including moves. This fee covers the coordination efforts across multiple departments necessary to prepare your service for connection, whether you’re self-connecting or require a technician’s assistance. While it may seem like a simple process to you, ensuring a seamless connection involves extensive behind-the-scenes work to guarantee your service is up and running smoothly.”

Your monthly bill is due by the 15th of each month. If payment is missed for two consecutive months, we will send you a delinquent notice via mail. This notice will specify the deadline by which the outstanding balance must be settled to maintain uninterrupted service.

Following the delinquent notice, our team will reach out via phone to alert you of the issue and encourage you to contact us. Even if you’re unable to pay the full balance immediately, please reach out so we can assist you in setting up a suitable payment arrangement.

Should we not receive a response and payment remains outstanding, your service will be temporarily suspended for 7 days. To restore service during this period, the past-due balance along with the upcoming month’s balance and a $49 reconnect fee will be required.

Failure to settle the account within the 7-day suspension period will result in permanent disconnection. Additionally, any TCT equipment will be billed to your account and must be returned.

To reconnect services, account balance in full, a reconnect fee and a prepayment will be required. A Customer Service Representative review your entire account with you during this process.

Our installation process begins with a scheduled visit from one of our technicians, coordinated with our Customer Service Representatives. Upon arrival, the technician will assess the requirements for bringing our services from outside to inside your home. The specific tasks will depend on the transmission method of the service.

During the visit, our technician will discuss the details of your installation with you, ensuring clarity and addressing any concerns you may have. Please note that someone over the age of 18 will need to be present during the installation. For customers receiving phone service or TCT NOW, the technician will set up and verify functionality before concluding the appointment.

TCT NOW is our innovative streaming TV service offering three distinct channel lineups, including Local Channels, Major Network Channels, Movies & Sports! Compatible with Android TV, Apple TV, FireTV, & Roku, our app lets you take your TV anywhere on your smartphone or tablet. Simply stop by our office or give us a call to get signed up and start enjoying!

1. No Additional Cost: Unlike some providers, there is no extra charge for using our WifiOne Router. It’s included in the monthly cost of your Internet service, offering you high-quality connectivity without any hidden fees.
2. Regular Software Updates: Our routers are equipped with software that is consistently kept up to date by TCT. This ensures that your router remains secure and operates efficiently, protecting your network from potential vulnerabilities.
3. Dedicated Tech Support: Our experienced tech support team is readily available to troubleshoot any issues with your router. With greater access to the back end of the software, we can efficiently diagnose and resolve problems to minimize any disruptions to your service.
4. Efficient Replacement Policy: In the rare event that your WifiOne router malfunctions and our tech support team is unable to resolve the issue remotely, we offer a hassle-free solution. Simply bring in the faulty router, and we will promptly replace it with a new WifiOne router, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.
5. User-Friendly Setup: Setting up your router is made easy with the Intellifi app. This intuitive interface allows you to customize various settings such as your WiFi name and password, implement parental controls, and even provide guest access via QR codes. Additionally, the app offers robust security features including content controls and malware prevention tools, ensuring a safe and secure browsing experience for all users and devices on your network.

If you encounter any issues with your services, don’t hesitate to reach out to our technical support team at 1.800.354.2911, Option 1 – Option 2. They’re available to troubleshoot and resolve your concerns remotely. In cases where remote assistance isn’t sufficient, they’ll issue a Trouble Ticket, and a technician will be dispatched to your residence within 24-48 hours.

It’s important to note that if you don’t have Protection on your account, there may be a charge for the technician’s visit at a rate of $80 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

TV Programming companies across the nation negotiate the contract terms for their content with Service Providers like TCT on a daily basis. The terms of these contracts can be something as simple as what TV Channel number they want the provider to broadcast the content on. 
Since streaming services such as Disney+ and Netflix have become a permanent fixture in the Television industry, DVR is being negotiated more frequently to satisfy agreements between specific programs and the streaming service they are contracted to. 
As of today, the following TV Programming companies do not offer DVR services and customers will not be able to record any programs on channels owned by these companies:
